Some people want to move more. Some people want to move better. Some people want to move faster. Some people want to move with more power.
How far do you want to evolve?
What is the MovEvolution Return to Play & Sport system?
System: An organized framework or method.
Our Return to Play & Sport system analyzes your movements, produces data regarding your “weak points“, and provides a training roadmap for optimizing your movement performance, while decreasing your risk of injury.
Who is Return to Play & Sport designed for?
All movement is performance, and we all perform at some level on a daily basis. Our Return to Play & Sport system is designed to optimize your movement performance, and is perfect for you if you wish to:
- Rebuild your movement competence, confidence, and control.
- Remove injury risk factors.
- Prepare your body for more complex, challenging movements.
- Evolve your performance.
Why should I try the Return to Play & Sport system?
Do you want to avoid injury and evolve your overall performance in work life, play and sport? Our Return to Play & Sport system is built for you.
Performance = movement
Faulty movement = faulty performance
Faulty performance = increased injury risk
Whether you are new to an activity, are returning after extended time off, or just want a checkup to address any “weak links”, our Return to Play & Sport system will rebuild your movement competence, confidence, and control, so that you can focus more on evolving your performance, and less on injury.
Do I have to be an athlete to sign up for your Return to Play & Sport?
You do not have to be a professional quarterback or Broadway Rockette to benefit from our system.
From Pilates to pole dancing, running to rowing, climbing to CrossFit, we all perform, to some level, on a daily basis. Our Return to Play & Sport System is designed for anyone who moves for living, and loves to move.
Can I still sign up for your Return to Play & Sport System system if I am injured?
If you currently suffer from acute pain, swelling, loss of motion or strength, Physical Therapy may be the best route for you to build a solid movement foundation.
Having had a previous injury predisposes an athlete to re-injury. Therefore an injured athlete who returns to competition before sufficient recovery and reconditioning will be at increased risk of injury. Getting Physical Therapy “clearance” might be the safest route to make sure you were best prepared for more complex movement performance training.
How does Return to Play & Sport System differ from Physical Therapy?
What is a Return to Play & Sport System “Body Blueprint”.
The more you know, the better you grow.
We love data. Once you go through our Return to Play & Sport System exam, you’ll get plenty of it. Your body blueprint will include your:
- Strengths and weaknesses
- Balance in power deficits
- Mobility restrictions
- Movement competency and confidence issues
What is a Return to Play & Sport System “Training Roadmap”.
Your training roadmap will serve as your guide for the next few weeks, months or years on how to optimize your performance while decreasing injury. Based upon your Return to Play & Sport exam and performance needs, you will have a clearly defined, progressive sports- or dance-specific training program, outlining sets, reps, rest, load and goals.
