Keys to success:
- Start at the lowest level, and work up from there.
- Using your breathing tempo as movement tempo.
- No joint pain allowed!
- Shoot for 15- 20 reps each side and symmetry.
- Hold the stretch at the end of your reps for 20-30 seconds, gradually increasing your hold time.
Try this before biking, running or dancing.
Use this stretch as breaks from sitting at your computer.
