We are happy you’ve chosen to trust MovEvolution Physical Therapy to serve you.

To achieve our primary goals, we’ve found that our one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions significantly reduce your overall recovery time, as well as your weekly visit frequency. 

Let’s discuss payment and insurance.

INSURANCE

We are out-of-network providers of Physical Therapy (except with Medicare). Your out-of-pocket costs are dependent on your insurance plan’s out-of-network coverage (deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum).

Don’t worry. Once you register and schedule with us. we’ll check your physical therapy insurance benefits for free. If the benefits do not work in your favor, you may cancel your appointment at any time. Just please give us at least 24 hour’s notice.

Not using insurance for your physical therapy? Here are a few reasons why this may be your better option:
