Cupping Therapy for Heel Spurs

A heel spur — a calcium deposit on the underside of the heel bone, which  can protrude forward by as much as a half-inch into soft tissue — can be an sidelining problem for any athlete who spends any amount of time on his/her feet.

Cupping and “lifting” soft tissue

MovEvolution Physical Therapy uses cupping therapy to “lift” the overlying tissue, providing instantaneous relief to our triathlete, who previously complained of moderate heel pain with walking first thing in the morning and running.
