Cupping Therapy after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Surgery

We used cupping therapy at  MovEvolution Physical Therapy on our cyclist’s knee joint to assess any circulatory stagnation and tissue mobility 1 week after his ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) surgery.
After our assessment, we progressed the treatment, using more cupping to mobilize specific  “stuck” tissue layers above his incision and increase nourishing blood flow and overall knee joint mobility. Great results! patellar tendon

Many thanks to  our neighbor, Hope Hathaway @ Hope Acupuncture,  for helping us perfect this invaluable technique.

move. heal. cup. evolve.
