Pain is normal. Suffering is not.

Pain tells us that are body is not doing something right. Poor alignment, excessive rotation, overloaded joints or bad posture can all send pain signals to our brain during our sports and dance training. This is a good thing because pain tells us that we are doing something wrong, damaging tissue and are on course for injury and suffering.
Listen to your body. Listen to your pain signals. Don’t suffer. http://ow.ly/i/4A0SU
