We’ve partnered with various insurance companies, but we’ve found that a cash-based system allows us to provide you with the best value. This means personalized, one-on-one sessions with extended treatment times. Our clients love this approach! Check out our reviews to see why.

While we can’t promise reimbursement for our Physical & Performance Therapy sessions, we’re happy to provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance upon request.

We make it easy to pay! We accept cash, debit/credit cards, online payment methods (i.e. Venmo, Cash App, and Square), and HSA/FSA cards.

Absolutely! We have fantastic package deals available, and many clients love to mix services, combining Physical & Performance Therapy with Body Work or Remote Therapy sessions for a well-rounded experience.

Our physical and performance therapy sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, while bodywork sessions can range from 30 to 90 minutes based on your needs.

We can better answer this after your initial evaluation. On average, our clients visit us 2 to 4 times per month. One of our main goals is to educate you more, so you visit us less often — saving you both time and money!

You can find us at:

175 Addison Road, Windsor, Connecticut

We also travel throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts for special events, seminars, and VIP treatments.
